Account locked for a week, no notifications - How to reset password and regain access?

My account has been locked for a week now and I haven't received any notifications about it. I need to reset my password but I can't access anything. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do when I call customer service? I'm worried about losing important information or missing deadlines.

Ask them exactly what steps you need to take to reset your password 3. Make sure they tell you when you'll get access back 4.
