Account locked for a week, no notifications - How to reset password and regain access?
My account has been locked for a week now and I haven't received any notifications about it. I need to reset my password but I can't access anything. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do when I call customer service? I'm worried about losing important information or missing deadlines.

Ugh, been there done that. Its so frustrating when they lock you out without warning! Here's what I'd suggest: 1. Be super clear about how long youve been locked out 2. Ask them exactly what steps you need to take to reset your password 3. Make sure they tell you when you'll get access back 4. Write down everything they say, especially any reference numbers Good luck, hope you get back in soon! 🤞

This happened to me last month! Turns out there was a security breach and they locked a bunch of accounts as a precaution. Didn't tell anyone tho 🙄 Classic.
