LPT: If you cant get through on the main line, try calling one of the other departments and ask to be transferred. Sometimes works for me!
guys. i literaly just got off the phone with EDD after trying for DAYS. heres what i did: 1. called exactly at 8:00:00 AM 2. chose spanish option (even tho i dont speak it) 3. got transfered to english speaking rep almost immediately 4. asked nicely for computation letter hope this helps someone!!!
Here's what worked for me: 1. Log into your EDD account 2. Go to 'Contact Us' section 3. Select 'Email Verification' as the reason for contact 4. Explain your issue in detail 5. Submit and wait for a response (usually within 5-7 business days) If that doesn't work, try calling the technical support line at 1-855-327-7057. They're sometimes easier to reach than the main line. Hope this helps!
anyone else notice how the wait times seem to get longer every year? its like they're purposely understaffed or something smh
Pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling one of the foreign language lines and ask to be transfered to an english speaking agent. sometimes works!
lol welcome to the wonderful world of EDD 🎪🤡 where everything's made up and the processing times don't matter

has anyone else noticed that the edd website is always "undergoing maintenance" when you actually need to use it? its like they're trolling us at this point 🤡

I'm starting to think the "IT issues" are just their go-to excuse when they don't know what's going on. Like, how long does it take to fix a computer problem? 🤔

•For real tho. My cousin works in IT and says most issues can be fixed pretty quick. EDD's just using it as a scapegoat imo

•Maybe we should offer to fix it for them lol. Couldn't do any worse than they're doing now 😂
