Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone at EDD! I used this site called claimyr.com - it's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. make sure you dont have any gaps between ur SDI ending and PFL starting. I messed that up and it was a huge headache to fix 😫
