How long does EDD take to review unemployment appeal? Need advice!
Hey everyone, I need some advice. I just submitted an appeal for my unemployment claim and I'm wondering how long it typically takes for someone to review it. Has anyone gone through this process recently? What should I expect?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what I've learned from my experience with appeals: 1. Be patient. It can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks for them to review your appeal. 2. Make sure you've included ALL relevant documentation with your appeal. 3. Keep checking your online account for updates. 4. If you haven't heard anything after 8 weeks, try to contact them. 5.
