Help with EDD Code E324 - What does it mean and how to fix it?

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with code E324 on my EDD account. Has anyone dealt with this before? I'm not sure what it means or how it affects my benefits. Any advice on what steps I should take to resolve this? I'm getting pretty worried and could use some help.

Ugh, code E324 is such a pain! I dealt with it last month. It usually means there's an issue with your eligibility or some kinda discrepancy in your reported info. Best thing to do is call EDD asap and get it sorted out.

I know it's tough, but keep trying! It took me like 50 attempts, but I finally got through. Just gotta be persistent.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

I get the skepticism, but it seriously saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo. They even refund you if it doesn't work.

Here's what I know about E324: ā€¢ It's usually related to eligibility issues ā€¢ Could be due to incomplete info or discrepancies in your application ā€¢ Might affect your benefit payments until resolved Steps to take: 1. Double-check all your submitted info for errors 2. Gather any supporting documents (pay stubs, ID, etc.) 3. Try to contact EDD ASAP (I know, easier said than done) 4. Be prepared to explain your situation clearly 5. Ask about any appeals process if necessary Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more info.

E324? Never heard of it. But then again, EDD seems to have more secret codes than the CIA šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø Good luck cracking it!

I had a similar issue last year. Turned out it was because I accidentally reported some info wrong. Double-check everything you've submitted, could be a simple fix!

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely go over everything again. Did you have to call them to fix it or were you able to correct it online?

Had to call unfortunately. Took forever to get through, but once I did, they fixed it pretty quick.

This whole system is so broken. Why can't they just use plain English instead of these cryptic codes? It's like they want us to fail šŸ˜¤

Preach! šŸ™Œ It's 2023, you'd think they could design a user-friendly system by now
