EDD Error e324: Can't access account to check claim status. Help!
Hey guys, I'm having trouble with an error e324 when trying to access my account. Has anyone else run into this? It's really frustrating because I need to check on my claim status. Any ideas on how to fix this or get through to someone who can help?

Ugh, I've been dealing with that same error for days now! It's so annoying. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That sometimes helps with weird glitches like this.

Error e324 is usually related to high traffic on the site. Try accessing it early in the morning or late at night when fewer people are likely to be using it. That worked for me last time I encountered this issue.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

Yeah, it's legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

Have you tried using a different device? Sometimes the EDD website acts up on certain browsers or devices. I had better luck using my laptop instead of my phone.

Error e324? More like Error e-NIGHTMARE, amirite? š¤” But seriously, this system is such a joke. I've been trying to sort out my claim for weeks now. Anyone else feel like they're just shouting into the void?

Preach! š It's like they designed this system to be as frustrating as possible. We're all in the same leaky boat here.

Hey everyone, I work in IT (not for EDD) and I might be able to provide some insight on this error. Error e324 is often related to server overload or database connection issues. Here are a few things you can try: ā¢ Clear your browser cache and cookies ā¢ Try a different browser ā¢ Use a wired internet connection if possible ā¢ Attempt to access the site during off-peak hours ā¢ If using a VPN, try disabling it If none of these work, it's likely an issue on EDD's end and you'll need to contact them directly. Hope this helps!

This is super helpful, thanks! Quick question - do you think using incognito mode might help too?

Incognito mode could potentially help as it doesn't use stored cookies or cache. Give it a shot!
