Error code E313 when applying for disability benefits online - help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble applying for disability benefits online. Every time I try to submit my application, I get this error code E313. I've double-checked all my information and it seems correct. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it or what it means? I'm getting really frustrated and don't know what to do next.

Good idea! Also, try using a different browser. Sometimes Chrome acts up for me, but Firefox works fine.

E313 is usually related to a system error on their end, not yours. You might need to wait a bit and try again later. The disability website can be a real pain sometimes š

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
