Can I access my CalFresh benefits early if there's a pending deposit for 9/28?

same thing happened to me last month, my deposit date showed 8/30 but the $ didn't actually hit my ebt card till the 1st anyway. I think the app just shows processing dates not actual deposit dates ugh

anywayz did u check ur balance on the actual ebt website not just the app? sometimes the app is slow to update!!

The CalFresh system is SO confusing! Last year they completely skipped my September payment and when I called, they said it was because I didn't submit some paperwork that I DEFINITELY submitted.
