I'm in a really toxic work situation where my supervisor has been harassing me for months and HR won't do anything about it. I'm considering quitting but I need to know if I'd still qualify for unemployment benefits in Washington. What are the legitimate reasons you can quit and still get approved by Washington ESD? I can't afford to be without income but I also can't keep dealing with this workplace anymore.
