Update: tried that Claimyr service and actually got through to Washington ESD! Agent was able to tell me my adjudication should be complete within the next week. Finally some progress.

Government hiring is usually slow, but they do try to add temporary staff during high unemployment periods.

Keep filing your weekly claims and it will come through. The wait is awful but worth it.
