Letter from ESD asking questions - can I respond online instead of mailing back?

You need to go to your eServices account, click on the 'UI Claim' option, then scroll down to where it says 'Pending Issues'. Listen I've been threw this EXACT THING in January!!! What happened was they sent me letter but online form wasn't available for THREE DAYS after I got the mail!! ESD is totally disorganized with there systems. Just keep checking and if you don't see it after 3-4 days THEN mail it in. Don't miss the deadline whatever you do because they will mess up your claim!!!
