I had a similar issue last year. Turns out there was an overpayment from the pandemic assistance that they were recouping from my new claim. Might be worth asking specifically about that when you get through to someone.

Have you tried reaching out on Twitter? Sometimes their social media team is more responsive than the phone lines.
