Can you get PFL and unemployment benefits at the same time in Washington?

I'm currently on paid family leave through Washington State for taking care of my newborn, but my employer just laid me off while I was on leave. Can I collect both PFL and unemployment benefits simultaneously? I'm getting conflicting information online and Washington ESD's website isn't super clear about this situation. Has anyone been in this position before?
