If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

DONT SKIP entering the job search info online!!! My cousin did that and got audited and they disqualified 3 weeks of benefits because his paper log didn't match exactly what the employer said when ESD called to verify!!! The online form makes you enter all the right info they need!!!

thats weird cause ive never entered mine online for like 6 claims over the years and never had a problem... maybe your cousin had other issues with his claim?

One clarification on the job search documentation: When you check "Yes" that you completed job search activities but don't enter the details online, your claim will still process. However, this does flag your account in the ESD system as having "minimal documentation." While this doesn't guarantee you'll be selected for review, accounts with this flag are statistically more likely to be chosen for job search review audits. If you're concerned about the time it takes to enter everything online, consider using the WorkSource WA job search tools which can automatically link to your unemployment claim and count as documented activities.

I didn't know that checking yes without entering details flags my account! That's important information. Maybe I should just take the extra time to enter everything online. Is the WorkSource WA tool on the ESD website or somewhere else?

This exact same thing happened to me back in November! The disconnect between the approval letter and the weekly claims status is so confusing and stressful. In my case, it turned out my former employer had reported incorrect information about my separation too. What really helped me was gathering all my documentation - my layoff notice, any emails about the restructuring, and my final paycheck stub that showed "lack of work" as the reason. Having everything organized made the adjudication call go much smoother. The whole process took about 4 weeks total, but I did get all my back pay once it was resolved. Hang in there - it sounds like you're on the right track now that you've spoken with an agent!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It's really reassuring to hear from someone who went through the exact same situation. I'm definitely going to gather all my documentation like you suggested - I have the layoff notice and some emails about the department restructuring that should help prove my case. It's frustrating that employers can just report whatever they want initially, but at least there's a process to correct it. Four weeks feels like forever when you're waiting for income, but knowing there's light at the end of the tunnel helps. Thanks for the encouragement!

I'm going through something very similar right now! Got my approval letter three weeks ago saying I'm eligible for $720/week, but every single weekly claim shows "disqualified" with zero explanation. It's so nerve-wracking when you're counting on that income and the system just gives you conflicting information. Reading through everyone's responses here has been incredibly helpful - I didn't even know to check for an "Issues and Decisions" section or look in my online inbox for letters. I'm going to log in right after this and see if there's something in adjudication that I missed. It's crazy how they can send you an approval letter but not tell you there are still unresolved issues that will block your payments. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences - this community is a lifesaver when ESD's communication is so unclear!

Update us on what happens. There are a few things you can do while waiting: 1. Continue filing weekly claims without fail 2. Check your account daily for new letters or messages 3. Try calling at exactly 8:00 AM when they open (sometimes you can get through) 4. Make sure you're completing your job search activities (3 per week) and documenting them 5. If it's been more than 3 weeks in adjudication, consider contacting your state representative The system is frustrating but hang in there - once they resolve the adjudication, they'll pay all your back weeks at once if you've been filing consistently.

Thanks for the detailed steps! It's been just over 2 weeks in adjudication so far. I'll try calling right at 8 AM tomorrow. I've definitely been doing my job searches and documenting everything carefully. I'll update here when something changes.

I'm going through something similar right now! My claim has been in adjudication for 5 weeks and I keep getting different stories from different agents when I call. One told me it was about my job separation, another said it was identity verification, and the third said they couldn't see any issues at all. It's like they're all looking at different systems or something. The worst part is not knowing what's actually holding things up or how much longer it might take. I've been filing my weekly claims religiously but it's scary not knowing if/when I'll actually see any money. At least your monetary determination went through - mine is still showing "pending" for everything. Has anyone here had success getting a supervisor on the phone? Regular agents seem to have no clue what's going on half the time.

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. I'll keep an eye on my email and account. My hours were cut by almost 40% so hopefully that's enough to qualify as good cause. Just trying to stay positive while I wait!

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! Been in adjudication for 4 weeks after leaving my retail job due to schedule changes that made it impossible to keep up with my second job. Haven't gotten a call yet but this gives me hope that it might actually happen. The waiting is absolutely brutal - I check my account like 10 times a day hoping for any update. Really crossing my fingers that your 40% hour reduction gets you approved since that seems like a pretty clear case of good cause. Please update us when you hear back!

Congrats on landing the new job! I went through this same process a few months ago. The key things are: 1) File your final weekly claim and report ALL earnings from your new job (even orientation/training pay), 2) Stop filing claims once you're working full-time, and 3) Keep documentation of your last claim for your records. Washington ESD's system will automatically close your claim after a few weeks of not filing. If you want extra peace of mind, you can try calling them to confirm, but honestly the process is pretty straightforward - just don't overthink it!
