Here's what you need to do: 1. Keep calling every day, as early as possible. The lines are less busy right when they open. 2. If you get disconnected, call back immediately. 3. While waiting, gather all your documents and have your claim number ready. 4. Be polite but firm with the rep when you get through. 5. Ask for a supervisor if the rep can't help. 6. Document everything - dates, times, names of who you spoke to. 7. If all else fails, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes expedite things. Hang in there, OP. Pro tip: if you get through to someone and they say they cant help, dont hang up! Ask to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor. Sometimes the first person you talk to doesnt have the authority to fix complex issues
