Locked out of TWC unemployment account - Need help checking claim status

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble checking my unemployment claim status. I've been trying to log in to my account but I'm locked out. Has anyone else dealt with this? I really need to know what's going on with my claim. Any advice on what to say when I finally get through to someone?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video: https://youtu.be/V-IMvH88P1U

Guys, I think I cracked the code! If you press 2, then 1, then 4 when you call, it gets you to a different queue. Still had to wait, but only like 20 minutes instead of hours.
