If u selected direct deposit during ur application process then it'll go directly to ur bank account within 2-4 business days. If u didn't choose direct deposit or didnt provide bank info, they send u a Money Network debit card in the mail which takes about 7-10 days to arrive. Then payments go on that card. U can check ur payment method in ur dashboard under payment information. Also congrats on getting approved!

This exact same thing happened to me in February. Got approved after 10 weeks and then had to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks before money showed up!! Called hundreds of times and couldn't get through to anyone. The system is completely broken!!!!

If you're still waiting after 5 business days, try using Claimyr (claimyr.com) to get through to an actual PA UC agent. I was in a similar situation - approved but no payment after a week. Used their service to get connected with an agent who found there was a payment hold that wasn't visible on my portal. They fixed it right away and I got paid the next day. dont forget u still have to file ur weekly claims even tho ur waiting for payment
