same thing happened to me. took 12 weeks to get approved after being fired. they have to verify with your employer that you weren't fired for misconduct. its stupid bc they already have all the docs but they still gotta do their 'investigation' 🙄

They contact ur employer, review all docs, and make sure u werent fired for misconduct. If u were fired for performance issues or something not considered misconduct, youll probably get approved. But the timeline SUCKS rn cause theyre backed up AF. Best thing u can do is keep calling (use claimyr.com to get thru), document everything, and make sure u have proof ready if they need more info. Also apply for emergency assistance if ur desperate - sometimes local charities can help with car repairs.
