Listen up - heres what worked for me and others I know. You NEED to call them. The online system is backed up like crazy but if you get an agent on the phone they can push it through faster. Try calling right when they open at 8am. If you cant get through try claimyr.com - lots of success stories with that. Also email your state rep, they can sometimes help speed things up. Don't just wait around hoping itll process automatically because it probably wont. Be aggressive about following up. Document everything. Keep a log of when you call and who you talk to. If you have to contact your state rep, theyll want all that info. Good luck!

Those 9 month horror stories are usually ppl with complicated cases or missing documents. If ur paperworks all good should be faster

Call every few days, keep certifying weekly even if nothing's happening, and document everything. Also check your online account religiously for any new requests or updates.
