New York Unemployment: How long after 'claim can be paid' message until money is released?

Finally got the message my unemployment claim is approved and can be paid. Been waiting for about a month. They owe me for 4 weeks of back pay. Anyone know how long it usually takes for them to release the money after getting this message?

Usually takes 2-3 business days for the money to hit your account after that message. Make sure your direct deposit info is correct in the system.

If you don't see anything after 5 business days, CALL THEM! Don't wait around hoping it'll show up. Sometimes there's additional verification needed that they don't tell you about. Been there done that lol

check your payment history on the website. sometimes it shows as released there before it hits your bank
