Keep certifying weekly while this gets sorted out The system will likely flag this and you'll need to explain the situation to a claims specialist. Better to handle it now than deal with an overpayment issue later.
Here's what worked for me: Login to your NY.gov ID account > unemployment services > payment history > view 1099G. If its not there you def need to call them. Use claimyr.com to get through faster
FYI if u email your state representative sometimes they can help speed things up. worked for my cousin
