Here's what worked for me: Login to your NY.gov ID account > unemployment services > payment history > view 1099G. If its not there you def need to call them. Use claimyr.com to get through faster

Document everything - texts, emails, timesheets 5. If you need to speak with an agent about this (which you probably should), use claimyr.com to get through quickly 6. Keep certifying weekly while this gets sorted out The system will likely flag this and you'll need to explain the situation to a claims specialist. Better to handle it now than deal with an overpayment issue later.
