Will Presidents Day holiday delay PATH Act lift date (Feb 17)?
Getting anxious about the PATH Act lift date coming up on Feb 17. Since it falls on Presidents Day this year, anyone know if that will push back when our refunds get released? Really hoping this doesn't add more waiting time to our refunds.

The PATH Act lift date is based on processing time, not calendar dates. Even though Feb 17 is Presidents Day, the IRS systems will still process the release. You should see movement on your transcript by Feb 21-22, with deposits hitting accounts between Feb 22-27 depending on your bank.

•My bank usually deposits 2 days early, so hoping to see something by the 20th 🤞

Hey guys, instead of stressing about dates, I've been using taxr.ai to track my refund. It costs $1 but it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly when to expect your refund and if there are any issues. Way better than guessing! https://taxr.ai
