Where to mail amended tax return (1040X) for Texas?
Need to mail my amended return but don't know which IRS center to send it to. I'm in Texas. The IRS website is confusing and shows different addresses. Can anyone help?

For Texas residents, mail your Form 1040X to: Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service Center, Austin, TX 73301-0052. Make sure to include all supporting documents and keep copies of everything you send.

Usually 16 weeks minimum nowadays, but honestly could take up to 20+ weeks with how backed up they are 😩
