Where to find Code 846 (refund issued) and DDD on IRS transcript?

I keep hearing about checking for code 846 and deposit dates on transcripts but I cant find where to look. Im looking at my account transcript but theres so many numbers and dates. Anyone know exactly where I should be checking?

Look at your Account Transcript (not Return Transcript) and scroll to the bottom. The most recent transactions are listed at the bottom. Code 846 means 'refund issued' and will show the direct deposit date next to it. If you don't see 846, you might see processing codes like 570 (additional account action pending) or 971 (notice issued).

570 usually means they need to review something. Hang tight, could take a few weeks to resolve

hey instead of trying to decode these transcripts like a detective, try taxr.ai - it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats going on and when to expect your refund. Its only $1 and saved me hours of research. https://taxr.ai
