California State Refund Authorized But Missing From Tax Card - Normal To Wait 10 Days?

Just got my refund card in the mail but my state refund amount isn't on there. I know I'm supposed to get both federal and state but only seeing the federal amount. According to the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) website, my state refund was authorized on Monday, January 26, 2025. When I checked the FTB website, it showed the following status: Received ✓ Processing ✓ Issued ✓ It specifically states: "We authorized your refund on Monday, January 26, 2025." The website also says to "Please allow: 10 business days to receive your refund by direct deposit, or 25 business days to receive your refund by check." There's also a note saying "If we made any adjustments to your return, we will notify you by mail." I got my federal refund on the card already, but nothing from California yet. It's been 7 business days since they "authorized" it according to their website. Do state and federal refunds come separately to the same card? Should I just keep waiting since it hasn't been 10 business days yet? Or is there something wrong that I need to fix? Has anyone else experienced this where the federal comes first and state follows later on the same refund card? Or do I need to contact someone about this missing state refund?
