SBTPG finally showing my refund via direct deposit for 03/15 - any way to track it accurately?

my bank (wells fargo) always posts these deposits around 3am the day after SBTPG sends it. So if ur getting it 3/15 u might see it very early 3/16

It actually does a bunch more than just reading the transcript. It analyzes all the codes and dates, explains what each one means in plain english, and gives you a timeline of what's happened and what's coming next. It also identifies if there are any problems or delays. Seriously, I was shocked at how much more I understood after using it compared to hours of googling transcript codes myself.

You upload your transcript that you download from the IRS. It's secure and they explain how it works on their site. I was skeptical too but its actually really helpful!

yeah calling is free but have u tried lately? I spent HOURS trying to get through the normal way and kept getting disconnected. Claimyr bypasses all that. honestly it was the best money I ever spent just to get a straight answer and stop worrying. Got my refund the exact day the agent said I would.

100% real. wouldn't have believed it myself but I was desperate. They basically navigate the phone tree for you and when they get an agent, they call you and connect you. Saved me hours of frustration.

Yeah I paid upfront for tax prep so shouldnt be any fees. My tax guy said the whole amount should come through.

That's good! A lot of people don't realize SBTPG takes a cut and then get surprised when the deposit is less than expected. Sounds like you're all set!

Their website is literal trash. I've never been able to get accurate info from it. The phone system is the only reliable way to check.

I always get a 'not found' error on their site no matter what info I put in. Their tech team must be the same people who built the irs website 💀

I used 800-901-6663 and followed the prompts for refund status. Had to enter my SSN and expected refund amount.

Early filers seem to be waiting longer this year for some reason. I filed 1/29 and just got my DD date yesterday. Hang in there!

If you paid your fees upfront with TurboTax, then your refund comes directly from the IRS, not SBTPG. SBTPG only handles refunds where the tax prep fees are deducted from the refund.

Yes! This happened to me and my wife last year. Her date was 3 days after mine but we both got paid on the same day.

Nope, once you've chosen to have fees taken out of your refund, it HAS to go through SBTPG. You can't change it mid-process. Next year pay your tax prep fees upfront if you want direct IRS deposit.

Happened to me once! Date was for Friday but I got it Wednesday morning. Don't count on it though.

This is 100% what they do. They probably make millions in interest just by holding everyone's refunds for a few extra days. Total scam.

It's not too good to be true - it's just that the IRS makes everything needlessly complicated and this tool simplifies it. Saved me from calling the IRS which I was about to do out of desperation.

That's the crazy part - I didn't wait at all. The service calls for you and only connects you when they get an agent. Got a call back in about 45 minutes. Best decision I made during this whole tax season nightmare.
