PATH Act hold - anyone else stuck waiting for EITC/ACTC refund release?
Filed my taxes early January and I see the PATH message on my transcript. Getting really antsy about this wait since I really need this money. Anyone else just sitting here watching their transcripts and waiting for that magic PATH release date? 🙄

Tax pro here. PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing EITC/ACTC refunds before mid-February. This is to prevent fraud and verify income claims. The earliest you'll see deposits is typically around February 27th. Just hang tight!
