PATH Act and Presidents Day Weekend: Why 846 DDD codes won't show up until after Feb 19

Finally someone who understands how this works! The PATH Act date is always February 15th, but since it falls on a weekend this year, processing won't start until after Presidents Day (February 19th). All PATH Act returns (mainly those claiming EITC/ACTC) are held until this date. We'll likely see mass updates between February 20-23, with most DDDs falling around February 28th.
