PATH Act Update: Getting DDD 2/22 - Timeline & Updates for Early Filers
Just got my transcript update, showing direct deposit date of 2/22. Been saying it would clear before Feb 17th and looks like I was right. Hope everyone else starts seeing movement on their transcripts soon too.

The PATH Act requires the IRS to hold refunds that include EITC/ACTC until mid-February. Your timeline is actually right on schedule - the IRS started processing these returns after February 15th. For others waiting, check your transcripts daily for the 846 code which indicates your refund release date.

Early morning around 3-6am EST is usually best. The system gets overloaded during peak hours
