PATH Act Delay: No Updates Until Feb 15th - Everything You Need to Know About EIC/ACTC Refund Timeline
Been filing taxes for over a decade and wanted to share what I know about the PATH Act delays. If youre claiming EIC/ACTC your stuck until Feb 15th - no transcript updates, no WMR changes, nothing moves at all. After Feb 15th processing starts again. Transcripts update Feb 21st around 3am, prepaid cards get deposits around 5pm central on Feb 21st, and WMR updates Feb 22nd. Learned this from years of experience.
