PATH Act 2024: Any EIC/ACTC Filers Received Refunds Yet?
Filed Jan 29th with EIC and child tax credit. Still no update on WMR besides the PATH message. Anyone else with PATH ACT actually seeing deposits yet? Starting to get worried since bills are piling up.

IRS tax advocate here. PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing refunds for returns claiming EITC/ACTC before mid-February. Most PATH Act filers should see deposits between Feb 27th-March 1st if there are no other issues with your return. Keep checking your transcript for cycle codes ending in 05.
