IRS "Where's My Refund" Status Changed to Processing Delay Message with Tax Topic 152 Reference

My transcript just updated and changed from processing/waiting on a date to something different. I've been checking the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool daily, and today it shows a new message that's concerning me. The status has changed to: "We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe. You can continue to check back here for the most up to date information regarding your refund. We understand your tax refund is very important and we are working to process your return as quickly as possible." Under "Tax year 2024" it shows: - Return: Received ✓ - Refund: ? (question mark) - Refund Sent: ? (question mark) It also includes "Helpful Information" pointing me to "Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" and a note saying "For refund information, please continue to check here, or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go. Updates to refund status are made no more than once a day." Anyone else experiencing this? What does this mean for my refund? I've been waiting since February and starting to get worried. Does this delayed message mean there's a problem with my return? Does Tax Topic 152 indicate an audit or just a normal delay? The website used to show processing with a date, but now this generic delay message is making me anxious.
