IRS says 60 day review but wait 120 days? Anyone get refund sooner?

Unfortunately, the IRS often quotes longer timeframes as a buffer. The 60-day review is standard but they say 120 to cover themselves. Keep checking your transcript weekly - sometimes these clear up faster than they say. Many of my clients have gotten their refunds within 45-50 days despite being quoted longer times.

Got mine after 35 days even tho they said 60-120. There's hope!

Check your transcript every morning at 6am EST. That's when they update. Trust me im basically a pro at this now lololol
