Have u tried accessing during off-peak hrs? Like super early AM or late PM? Sometimes the system is just overloaded bc of tax szn. Might be worth trying at like 2am if ur desperate.

I think I might have found something that could possibly help? I was having the same issue for maybe 3-4 days, and I was getting really worried about accessing my transcripts. I eventually tried https://taxr.ai and it was able to sort of analyze what was happening with my account even though I couldn't access the actual transcript.
