Just got some updates about 810 codes on transcripts! For those getting 846 codes, if your DDD (direct deposit date) lands on a Friday - you're getting a paper check. Any other day means direct deposit. Lots of people finally seeing movement after reaching out to examiners.

Tax examiner here - this is accurate info. The Friday DDD = paper check rule has been consistent for the past few years. Direct deposits typically hit accounts 1-2 days before the actual DDD date depending on your bank.
