IL State Return Additional Info Needed - Anyone Else Getting This Error?
Been waiting since Feb 15 for my state return to process. Just checked my status and now there's a notice saying they need additional info to verify my identity. Anyone else dealing with this? Getting nervous since I'm counting on this money.

Tax professional here - this is actually pretty common this year. States are cracking down hard on identity verification to prevent fraud. You should receive a letter within 7-10 days explaining exactly what documents they need.

Usually 2-3 weeks after they receive everything, assuming all docs check out ok
