I had a duplicate filing in 19’.  The first was an electronic filling that did not go thru on my end. But come to find out they received the electronic filing with no info essentially zero. I snail mailed the return. So now when I look on my IRS portal it indicated that the transcript is zero and not the correct 1040 filing. So all this came about because I’m in the 11th hour of escrow and the underwriter need a stamped 19’ 1040 in order to fund the loan. I cannot get thru to anyone. Any suggestions
