How to find direct deposit date on IRS transcript?

Look for transaction code 846 - that's your refund issued code. The date next to it is when the refund will be deposited. It's usually on the bottom of your account transcript if processing is complete.

make sure ur looking at 2023 account transcript not the return transcript! I was looking at the wrong one for like a week lol

Pro tip: if you see 846 but no deposit hit your account, check if you had any offset codes (898) earlier in the transcript. Those mean they took some of ur refund for old debts
