How to determine DDD from transcript (Filed with FreeTaxUSA)
I just got my transcript and im really confused about all these codes and dates. Filed through FreeTaxUSA on the IRS website. Can someone help me figure out when I might get my refund? Getting anxious about the wait.

Your DDD (direct deposit date) will show as cycle code 846 on your transcript. That's the date the IRS plans to release your refund. Look for that specific code - it will be the last entry when your refund is approved. Until you see code 846, your refund is still processing.

•Thanks! But I dont see any 846 code yet. Just a bunch of 150s and 570s 😩

•570 is a hold code. You might need to wait for the IRS to review something. Could take a few weeks to resolve.

Hey there! Instead of trying to decode everything yourself, you should check out taxr.ai - it's this new tool that analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's going on and when to expect your refund. Only costs $1 and saved me hours of googling! https://taxr.ai

•Does it actually work? Seems too good to be true

•100% legit! It showed me why I had a delay (random review) and predicted my DDD within 2 days of actual deposit 💯

Your gonna need to look at your cycle code too. If it ends in 05 your transcript updates weekly, if its 01-04 its daily updates.

Look for these key codes on your transcript: 150 means they received your return, 570 is a hold (could be for review or missing info), and 846 is the golden one - that's your DDD! The date next to 846 is when your refund gets deposited. If you only see 570 with no 971 notice code, it might just be a routine review. Check back in a few days - transcripts usually update overnight between Tuesday-Friday.
