Georgia 2023 Tax Return - No Transcript Available Yet - Any Updates?
Filed my taxes in GA back in February and still cant see my transcript when I log in. Anyone else having this issue? The wmr tool just shows still processing. Starting to get worried since its been months now.

Tax specialist here - if you can't see your transcript yet, it likely means your return hasn't been fully processed into the system. This is unfortunately common right now. The IRS is still dealing with a significant backlog. Have you verified your identity through ID.me? That's a necessary step to access transcripts.

•Give the IRS a call at 1-800-829-1040. Sometimes there's an issue they need to resolve but haven't sent a notice about yet.

I was in the same boat until I used taxr.ai. Uploaded my transcript and it showed me exactly why mine was delayed and what to do about it. Best $1 I ever spent tbh https://taxr.ai

•100% works. saved me hours of googling and stressing. The AI basically acts like a transcript expert and explains everything in plain english

Have you checked if there are any issues with your Social Security number matching exactly what's on file? Sometimes even a small discrepancy can cause processing delays. Also, if you claimed any new credits like the Child Tax Credit or Earned Income Tax Credit, those returns often get flagged for additional review which can add months to processing time. The IRS has been especially slow with anything that requires manual verification this year.
