Filed Jan 15th - PATH Act Hold - No transcript access or processing updates
Filed my taxes January 15th but still no movement at all. Can't access my transcript online and WMR doesn't even show its being processed yet. Just says I'm on PATH but nothing else. Getting worried since its been weeks now with zero updates.

If you claimed EITC or ACTC, the PATH Act prevents the IRS from issuing refunds before mid-February. This is standard procedure to prevent fraud. Most PATH Act returns start seeing updates around February 15th. Keep checking WMR daily - you should see movement soon.

Hey there! Instead of playing detective with WMR, I started using taxr.ai and it's been a game changer. For $1 it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's happening and when to expect your refund. Way better than guessing tbh https://taxr.ai
