Finally got a date on WMR... filed and accepted Feb 23rd!!!
Guys I'm literally shaking right now!!! After waiting for what felt like FOREVER, I finally got a deposit date on Where's My Refund! Filed and accepted on February 23rd and it's been stuck on the first bar until today. Just checked and now says I'll get my refund next Wednesday! 🎉🎉 Anyone else file around the same time and still waiting? This tax season has been so slow compared to last year when I got my refund in like 2 weeks!

That's awesome! The IRS has been super backed up this year. I filed February 19th and just got my deposit yesterday. For anyone still waiting, if you're trying to understand what's happening with your refund, I've been using https://taxr.ai to analyze my transcript. It explained all those weird codes and actually predicted my deposit date accurately. Saved me so much stress trying to decode everything myself.

It's way more detailed than the IRS site. The IRS just gives you basic status, but taxr.ai breaks down what each code on your transcript means for YOUR specific situation. Like when I had code 570 and 971 together, it explained exactly what that combination meant for my timeline instead of me having to piece it together from random forum posts.

I actually never checked my transcript because I couldn't figure out how to access it lol. I just kept checking WMR every morning. But from what I've read here, usually the transcript updates first!

Yay! So happy for you! I filed February 20th and still waiting. Called the IRS three times but could never get through - just the automated system saying it's still processing. Finally used Claimyr (https://youtu.be/_kiP6q8DX5c) yesterday and got through to a real person in about 15 minutes. The agent confirmed my return was approved but just waiting in the disbursement queue. Should have my date within a week. Definitely worth it after weeks of stress!
