Filed 2/20 - No Updates on Transcript - Still Processing
I e-filed almost a month ago and my transcripts still show no updates at all. Starting to get worried since I need this money. Anyone know whats going on or when I should expect movement? Getting frustrated checking WMR everyday and seeing no change.

Tax pro here - this is actually pretty normal for this time of year. The IRS is still processing returns from the previous year, and with the new tax law changes, some returns are taking longer to process. Most returns are taking 21-45 days right now. Keep checking your transcript weekly rather than daily.

Calling usually won't help unless you're past 45 days. They'll just tell you to keep waiting 🤷♂️

Have you checked if you have any letters from the IRS? Sometimes they need additional info but the letter takes forever to arrive
