Can SBTPG fast forward my refund deposit? Need info about calling them
Just found out about fast forwarding with SBTPG. Anyone know if I can call them tomorrow to request it? I've been waiting forever and really need my refund. Starting to get worried since its been weeks since my return was accepted.

Tax professional here - SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group) doesn't actually offer 'fast forwarding' of refunds. They're just a middleman that processes refunds when you've had your tax prep fees taken out of your refund. They can't speed up the IRS process. The only thing that determines your refund timeline is the IRS processing system.

•Yeah unfortunately theres a lot of misinfo out there about refund timing. Best thing to do is check your transcript regularly for updates
