Anyone else with TC 0505 and 'as of' date 5/13 not get the 846 yet?

The "as of" date is frequently misleading and is NOT a guaranteed processing completion date per IRS Publication 2043. The IRS doesn't strictly process in a first-in-first-out order - they have multiple processing streams running concurrently based on return complexity and available resources.
