Transcript shows 'No refund filed' but WMR says 'Still processing' - Need insulin money desperately

Filed my taxes and desperate for my refund. Transcript shows 'No refund filed' but WMR says 'Still being processed.' Called IRS and they said 120 day wait just to start processing. I need this money for medical expenses and can't wait that long. Anyone else experiencing this or know what to do?

Name Change Issue: IRS says 16 week delay for maiden name correction - Can Tax Advocate help?

Tax preparer used my maiden name instead of married name on return. Just got off phone with IRS and they fixed it but said 6-8 weeks for name update plus another 6-8 weeks for refund hold removal. Anyone know if getting a tax advocate could speed this up?

WMR says taxes not received but transcript shows April 17 date - what's going on?

Filed my taxes in March and got confirmation they were received. Now WMR doesnt show they got my taxes but my transcript has all zeros with an April 17 date at the bottom. Makes no sense - anyone know whats happening with this?

WMR shows 'info doesn't match' after transcript says 'no return filed' - Filed 2/6 with Tax Advocate

Filed and accepted on Feb 6th. Got a tax advocate end of April and submitted everything they asked for right away. My transcripts have shown 'no return filed' for almost 2 weeks now, and today WMR suddenly says my information doesn't match. Been able to check WMR this whole time until now. Anyone know whats going on?

Could be identity verification. Check your mail carefully next few days.

2023 Transcripts showing N/A but WMR status changed from processing to received - what's happening?

I verified my identity on March 15 after filing on February 8th. My transcripts are showing N/A and say no return filed but the Where's My Refund tool changed from still processing to we have received your tax return and it is being processed. Anyone know whats going on with this?

Called the IRS yesterday about this exact thing! They said it takes about 2 weeks after verification for everything to sync up in their system. hang tight
