Anyone getting ID Verify letters for 2024 filing season? Had to verify last year
Just finished my taxes and wondering if ID verification is happening again this year. Got hit with it last year and it delayed my refund by 3 months. Anyone else getting those letters yet? Don't wanna be stuck waiting forever again.

Been filing for 20 years never had to verify until last year. These new security measures are getting out of hand tbh
blame all the covid fraud fam, they had to tighten things up

Finally got an update on my 2022 tax return after waiting forever. Just checked my transcript and saw a deposit date! For anyone still waiting on last years return, there might be hope - go check your transcripts, looks like they're processing old returns now.
