If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

IRS Taxpayer Protection Program Verification Required - Need to Call 1-800-830-5084 to Process 2022 Return

Just got this message on my account for my 2022 return on the IRS website. They're saying "We need additional information before we can process your tax return for Tax Year 2022" through the Taxpayer Protection Program. The message is dated April 01, 2023, and they want me to call 1-800-830-5084 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time for more information to verify my return. When I logged into the official IRS website (sa.www4.irs.gov), I saw a screen with "Verify Your Return" and "Additional Information Required" as the main headers. The full message reads: "We need additional information before we can process your tax return for Tax Year 2022. Please call the Taxpayer Protection Program at 1-800-830-5084 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., local time for further assistance. April 01, 2023" The message appears on an official United States Government website (it says "An official website of the United States Government" with "Here's how you know" text at the top). The IRS logo is displayed in multiple places on the page, and there's also a menu and what looks like an "AVA" option (possibly their virtual assistant). Has anyone dealt with this Taxpayer Protection Program verification process before? What kind of additional information did they ask for? Getting nervous about the delay and having to make this call to verify everything. I'm worried this might be related to identity theft protection or something similar since it's coming from their "Taxpayer Protection Program.

its literally the worst. took me 6 tries to get through last week cause they keep hanging up saying 'high call volume' smh

$22,376 Refund Finally Released After 7 Month Freeze - 846 Code Issued 10/21 with $915 Interest Payment

Finally got my refund released! Had a freeze since March 7th (code 810) but just got my 846 code today on 10/21/2024. Been a looong journey but worth the wait. Here's my full transcript: EMPLOYMENT TAX: 2,598.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2024 PROCESSING DATE Apr. 15, 2024 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20241305 04-15-2024 $4,803.00 810 Refund freeze 03-07-2024 $0.00 766 Credit to your account 04-15-2024 -$4,123.00 766 Credit to your account 04-15-2024 -$5,891.00 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2024 -$9,650.00 768 Earned income credit 04-16-2024 -$8,058.00 971 Amended tax return or claim 05-03-2024 $0.00 forwarded for processing 977 Amended return filed 05-03-2024 $0.00 767 Reduced or removed credit to your 04-16-2024 $1,035.00 account 764 Earned income credit 04-16-2024 -$472.00 291 Reduced or removed prior tax 08-07-2024 -$2,205.00 assessed 971 Notice issued 08-07-2024 $0.00 811 Removed refund freeze 10-01-2024 $0.00 846 Refund issued 10-21-2024 $22,376.64 776 Interest credited to your account 10-30-2024 -$915.64 This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data Started with a $4,803 tax return filed, then got several credits including $4,123, $5,891, and $9,650. Also received an earned income credit of $8,058! Had some adjustments like a $1,035 reduction and a removed credit, but they also gave me $472 in additional EIC and removed $2,205 in prior tax assessed. Filed an amended return on 5/3/2024 that had to be forwarded for processing (code 971) and officially recorded as filed (code 977). Finally got the freeze removed (code 811) on 10/1/2024, and today they issued my refund for $22,376.64 plus $915.64 in interest! Check your transcripts people - the codes tell the whole story! My original return was due 4/15/2024 and it's been a roller coaster since then, but seeing that 846 code made it all worth it. The processing date matches my return date exactly, which I guess is a good thing. The employment tax amount of $2,598 seems right based on my W-2. Just wanted to share my timeline and success - don't give up if you're dealing with a freeze code!

Nice intrest payment tho! šŸ’…

2023 IRS Transcript Shows $13,902 Credit & My Tax Details But States "No Tax Return Filed" - Will I Get My Refund?

I'm looking at my 2023 tax account transcript and I'm really confused about what it means for my refund status. The transcript shows I have a credit balance of -$13,902.00, but it's saying "No tax return filed." Here's what my Account Transcript shows: Form Number: 1040 Report for Tax Period Ending: 12-31-2023 Any minus sign shown below signifies a credit amount Account balance: -$13,902.00 Accrued interest: $0.00 As of: 04-15-2024 Accrued penalty: $0.00 As of: 04-15-2024 Account balance plus accruals (this is not a payoff amount): -$13,902.00 Exemptions: 01 ** Information from the return or as adjusted Filing status: Single Adjusted gross income: $61,106.00 Taxable income: $47,256.00 Tax per return: $395.00 SE taxable income taxpayer: $0.00 Total self employment tax: $0.00 Return due date or return received date (whichever is later): 04-15-2024 Processing date: 04-15-2024 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT No tax return filed This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data I'm really confused because the transcript shows all my tax information - my filing status as Single, AGI of $61,106.00, taxable income of $47,256.00, and tax per return amount of $395.00 - but then under transactions it says "No tax return filed." Why would it have all my detailed tax information if no return was filed? And what does the credit balance of -$13,902.00 mean in this context? Will I still get my refund? The processing date and return due date both show 04-15-2024, so maybe that's relevant? I'm just confused about what this transcript is telling me about my refund status.
