846 Code: Same Refund Date Pattern Past 2 Years (2/22) - Will 2024 Follow?
Anyone notice patterns with their refund dates? My 846 codes came through on 2/22 for both 2022 and 2023. Currently showing as of date 3/4 and was accepted 2/3. Wondering if I might get lucky with 2/22 again this year?

Transcript shows N/A after filing 2/9 - Tax preparer ghosting me with wrong refund amounts
Filed my taxes on February 9th and my transcript still shows N/A. My tax preparer gave me two different refund amounts and now won't respond to my calls or texts. When I try calling the IRS, I can't get through to a real person because I don't have the correct amount to verify. Stuck and don't know what to do next.

You can try going to a local IRS office in person. Sometimes thats the only way to get answers when ur stuck like this

Filed Jan 30 but transcript shows March 3 processing date - what gives?
I filed my taxes first day of the season (Jan 30) and just checked my transcript. Processing date shows March 3rd 2025. How is this possible when I filed so early? Anyone else seeing weird dates? Starting to worry something is wrong with my return.

My processing date changed like 4 times last year. Its basically IRS's magic 8 ball at this point 🎱

The IRS is severely understaffed and dealing with millions of returns. Early filing doesn't garuantee early processing anymore. Your best bet is to use tools like taxr.ai to understand exactly where you stand instead of trying to guess what's happening
2023 Tax Transcript still completely blank after filing 1/31 - No Identity Verification Notice
Anyone else have zero movement on their transcripts? Filed and accepted January 31st but transcript is completely blank. No identity verification notices either. Starting to get worried since its been weeks with no updates.

I had this last year. Turned out there was an error that needed fixing but no notice was sent. Check if you claimed any credits like EIC or CTC - those get extra scrutiny
PATH Act 2025: When will first batch get their DDD? Let's speculate
Getting antsy waiting for that refund to drop! Anyone want to place their bets on when the first PATH Act returns will get their deposit dates? I filed January 22nd and claimed EITC. Just trying to make this waiting game more fun lol
