If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Not sure if this will make you feel any better, but I have Chime and my status changed to pending right before my deposit hit last year. My refund was around 9k and it posted about 36 hours after the pending status appeared. Just be patient!

Double-check your bank account info on your return. My friend had this happen and it turned out she had one digit wrong in her account number. Her refund got sent back to the IRS and she had to request a paper check which took 6 more weeks. Hopefully that's not your situation but worth checking!

I work for a tax office (not one of the big chains) and we actually try to discourage clients from having fees taken from their refund precisely because of these extra charges. But about 70% of people still choose that option anyway, and then get mad when they see the final cost. 😩

I think this speaks to the economic reality that many Americans don't have $300-400 available at tax time to pay upfront. So they're stuck paying the extra fees.

This is why I switched to a tax office that offers payment plans. I can pay over 3 months instead of all at once OR from my refund.

I just read through my tax prep agreement from last year and found all these fees listed in size 8 font on page 4 of a 6 page document šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø No wonder most people miss this stuff!

Wow, I literally came here to post this exact question! I have a TurboTax card with 3/15 DDD and nothing yet. Called their customer service line and waited 47 minutes just to be told "it can take up to 5 business days after the DDD to show up" which is NOT what they advertised when I signed up for the stupid card. Never again.

Ugh that's so frustrating! Did they tell you anything else helpful or just to wait?

Just to wait šŸ™„ Total waste of time. The rep couldn't even see if the deposit was pending or anything.

If u got a DD of March 15th n u r going thru TurboTax it could take 3 to 5 days. I know its annoying but just hang in there. Same thing happened to me last year and I got it exactly 3 days after my DDD. The banks like to hold onto our money for a few days so they can make interest on it. sucks but thats how it is

Dude i just went thru this exact same thing last week. State came fast, fed was supposed to deposit wednesday. Checked transcript, had 846 code. Nothing came wednesday or thursday and i was freaking out. Finally on friday morning i wake up and boom, there it was. Just give it another day or two, im pretty sure you're fine.

Ok you're giving me hope! Really hoping it shows up tomorrow šŸ™

Check to see if you had any offsets. If you owe student loans, child support, etc. they will take that out of your refund. Your transcript should show that but sometimes WMR doesn't catch up right away

Federal refund stuck over 30 days past February 15 deadline - state refund already received but no IRS communication

I filed my taxes through H&R Block online in early January and everything seemed fine at first. My state refund of $571.00 was received Thursday, February 20. Since the state refund was received first, these funds were applied to the payments listed below. Any remaining payments will be made once my federal refund is received. The problem is that my federal refund that was supposed to hit my account by February 15 is still pending with no update. I can see in the H&R Block app that it says "Federal refund pending" with a message: "Your anticipated federal refund date of Feb 15 has passed, however, some refunds take longer to process." When I click on "More Details," it just says "The IRS typically issues most refunds within 21 days of your return being e-file accepted. These are approximate timeframes as the IRS does not guarantee a specific date that refunds will be received. Many factors can impact the timing of the processing of your return. For additional questions, you may call the IRS at 800-829-1040 or click here to visit their website." The H&R Block app suggests contacting the IRS for more information. The problem is I haven't received any letters or notices from the IRS explaining the delay. I've tried checking the Where's My Refund tool but it just says "processing" with no details. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm particularly concerned because it's been over a month since my expected refund date passed. How long should I wait before really starting to worry? I was counting on that money for some bills. Should I call the IRS at the number provided (800-829-1040)? Has anyone had luck getting through to a human when calling that number?

I see you filed through H&R Block. They actually have a specific phone number for refund status issues that's separate from the general customer service line. Worth a try to see if they have more insight on your specific situation. I used them last year and they were able to tell me my return had been flagged for manual review due to a mismatch in reported income.

Do you happen to have that number? I couldn't find a specific refund status number on their website.

It should be in the tax preparation summary they emailed you when your return was completed. Look for "Refund Support" or something similar in that document.

Check if you claimed any credits like Earned Income Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit. Those automatically get extra scrutiny and often cause delays, sometimes up to 6-8 weeks. The PATH Act requires the IRS to take more time verifying these claims.
